GG9 Platform Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide for Members

01 Definitions & Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the GG9 platform and its users ("Members"). GG9 is an online gaming platform offering casino games, Sports Betting, slots, bingo, and other entertainment services to members in Bangladesh.

By creating an account or using the GG9 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of them, please refrain from using GG9.

In these Terms, "we", "us", or "GG9" refers to the GG9 operating company. "You", "Member", or "User" refers to any registered or unregistered individual accessing or using the GG9 platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on GG9, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must register using accurate and truthful information.
• Each individual may operate one account only.
• You must register under your own name — opening an account in someone else's name is not allowed.
• Online gaming must be legally permitted in your country.

GG9 reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. You may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time. Registering with false information will result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

GG9 currently accepts deposits via Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. The maximum deposit limit depends on your account level and chosen payment method.

• Always use the correct reference number when making a deposit.
• Using an incorrect reference may cause delays in processing your deposit.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.
• If a deposit is delayed, please contact support.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

GG9 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are outside GG9's control.

04 Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from GG9, your account must be fully verified. Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) process is complete.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Daily withdrawal limits are determined by your account tier.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the same account used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold in cases of suspicious activity.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

GG9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including a welcome bonus, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and special event promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions.

• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for gameplay.
• Any bonus offer that has passed its expiry date will be considered void.

06 Gaming Rules

All games on GG9 are operated through third-party software providers. Each game has its own rules, which you should review before you start playing.

• Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, GG9's decision is final.
• If your internet connection drops, your bet may not be cancelled automatically.
• The dealer's decision in live games is final.
• Sports Betting outcomes are determined by the results issued by the official sports governing body.

Any dispute regarding a game result must be raised with support within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on GG9:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to access or hack into another user's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or any manipulation tools.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illicit funds.
• Harassing or intimidating other members.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Providing false information to bypass KYC verification.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

GG9 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. That said, members are generally informed before any account closure.

• If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, your balance will not be refunded.
• Members may also request account closure at any time.
• As part of responsible gaming, you have the option to take a self-imposed break at any time.
• KYC information will be retained after account closure as required by law.

09 Limitation of Liability

GG9 provides its services on an "as is" basis. GG9 is not liable for the following:

• Game disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Errors or faults in third-party software.
• Account information compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.

GG9 makes every effort to deliver a reliable and uninterrupted service. However, technical issues can arise at any time — when they do, GG9 works to resolve them as quickly as possible.

10 Updates to Terms & Conditions

GG9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified by email or via platform notification.
